In May, StudioWorks will celebrate Mother's Day with "Flower Shop", featuring artist Patti Moore's signature graphic florals.
Patti is a California native and graduate of UC Davis and UNC-CH. Her work is also available at ArtHouse Charlotte, Isabella, and Tyler White Gallery.
Alongside Patti’s orchid paintings on paper, this month we will feature stunning faux orchid arrangements from special guest Vintage Charm Charlotte.

This month, StudioWorks features "Beyond the Tangible", a collection of paintings from Doris Barahona. Doris is a mixed media, abstract painter using shellac, India inks, and oil to create paintings with high intensity color. She believes that the juxtaposition between intellect and creativity is part of the never-ending process of being an artist. Doris creates based on the process of thinking and letting go, where one feeds the other in a continuous loop of breakthroughs.

Marshes for march
On the heels of our studio team project in December, this month StudioWorks artists each painted a 12”x12” painting of the same scene from our January retreat in Debordieu, SC.
